Quick Replies
Quick Replies allow you to create predefined message templates that can be used to respond to customers quickly and consistently.
This helps reduce repetitive typing, improve response time, and ensure message consistency across your team.
Manage Quick Replies
Within this section, you can:
- Create Quick Reply → Add a new predefined response
- Edit Quick Reply → Update existing content
- Delete Quick Reply → Remove replies that are no longer needed
- Search Quick Replies → Quickly find specific replies
Create Quick Reply
To create a new quick reply, you can:
- Click Add Quick Reply
- Private Quick Reply → When enabled, the quick reply is only visible to the user (agent) who created it and cannot be accessed by other users
Fill in the required details:
- Name → acts as a shortcut word to quickly trigger the reply during conversations
- Content → message that will be sent
Attachments
You can upload files to include in the quick reply:
- Images (JPG, PNG) up to 5MB
- Documents (PDF, DOC, XLS) up to 100MB
Once created, quick replies can be used directly in conversations to speed up responses.
