Facebook Messenger
Facebook Messenger allows you to connect your Facebook Page to Cekat, enabling you to manage conversations, automate responses, and handle customer interactions from a centralized inbox.
To start using Messenger, you need to connect your Facebook Page to Cekat.
To connect your Messenger inbox:
- a. Go to Connected Platform
- b. Click the "+" button next to Inboxes
- c. Select Messenger
- d. Log in using your Facebook (Meta) account
- e. Click Reconnect to link your account
- f. Once connected, your Messenger Inbox will be created automatically
Your Messenger Inbox will now appear in Connected Platform and is ready to use.
Rules and Limitations
Facebook Messenger conversations follow Meta's 24-hour messaging window policy. You can send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After the window expires, you must use approved message templates to continue the conversation.
