Activate Flow
- Click Save after completing your flow
- Go to Inbox
- Select your desired Connected Platform
Flow can be used across multiple channels, with some limitations depending on the channel capabilities:
- WhatsApp 💬 → Fully supported
- Instagram DM 📸 → Flows containing buttons are not supported
- Facebook Messenger 💁 → Flows containing buttons are not supported
If a flow includes unsupported features (such as buttons), it will appear as disabled when selecting it for Instagram DM or Facebook Messenger.
- Select Flow settings
- Choose your flow from the list
- Click Update
