Integration

The Integrations feature allows you to connect your AI Agent with external systems and tools to extend its capabilities beyond basic conversation.

By enabling integrations, your AI can:

• Retrieve and update data from external platforms
• Perform actions such as creating orders or sending notifications
• Access real-time information to provide more accurate responses

This transforms your AI Agent from a conversational tool into an actionable operational assistant.

a. (Optional) Setup Integration Section

This section allows you to enable and configure integrations based on your specific business needs. By setting up integrations, you can extend your AI Agent's capabilities beyond conversations and enable it to perform actions, access external data, and support more complex workflows.

b. Connected Apps

The Connected Apps section provides a list of available integrations that you can activate based on your business needs.

Each integration adds specific capabilities to your AI Agent:

• File Generator — enables the AI to generate files such as CSV or XLSX based on user input
• Image Edit — allows the AI to create or modify images based on prompts
• Web Search — gives the AI access to real-time information from the internet
• CRM Integration — connects the AI with your CRM to retrieve and update customer data
• Orders — allows the AI to create and manage orders automatically
• Check Shipping Cost — enables the AI to calculate shipping rates and delivery estimates
• Auto Reminder — allows scheduling of automated reminders
• Send Personal Notification — sends notifications based on specific customer actions
• Google Sheets — enables reading and writing data to spreadsheets
• Nearest Location — helps the AI find the closest location for customers
• Netzme — supports payment transactions via QRIS

Each integration represents a specific capability that can be enabled or configured.

• Inactive → Integration is available but not yet in use
• Active → Integration is connected and can be used by the AI

To use an integration:

• Click Activate to enable it
• Click Settings to configure how the integration works

c. AI Tools

The AI Tools section allows you to connect custom APIs or functions to your AI Agent.

This enables your AI to:

• Execute internal workflows
• Interact with your backend systems
• Perform specific business logic based on prompts

Unlike standard integrations, AI Tools are fully customizable and designed to support more advanced and tailored use cases.
