IP Blocklist

The IP Blocklist section allows you to manage and control which visitors are restricted from accessing your Livechat widget. This feature is designed to help prevent spam, abuse, or unwanted traffic from reaching your support channels.

When an IP address is blocked, any visitor from that IP will be denied access to the Livechat widget and will receive a 403 Forbidden response. This restriction applies only to Livechat and does not affect other communication channels.

View Blocked IPs

To view all blocked IP addresses:

• Go to Settings
• Select IP Blocklist

On this page, you can see a list of all blocked IPs along with relevant details such as the IP address and its current status. This gives full visibility into which visitors have been restricted from accessing your Livechat.

Block an IP

You can manually block an IP directly from this page:

• Click Block IP
• Enter the IP address you want to block
• Confirm the action

Once added, the IP will immediately be restricted from accessing the Livechat widget.

Unblock an IP

If you need to restore access for a previously blocked visitor:

• Go to Settings → IP Blocklist
• Locate the IP address
• Remove it from the list

After removal, the visitor will be able to access the Livechat widget again.
