The General section allows you to manage your account and business information, as well as configure essential account-level settings.
This section is organized into several areas to help you easily navigate and manage different aspects of your account:
a. Account Details
This section provides an overview of your account identity and current status.
You can view:
- Registered email
- Role (e.g., Super Agent, Supervisor or Agent)
- Online status
b. Account Information
This section displays key account-related information for tracking and reference.
You can view:
- Account Created → the date your account was registered
- Login History → access history for monitoring account activity
This provides visibility into account usage and helps support basic security monitoring.
c. Account Actions
This section allows you to manage account-level configurations related to security and verification.
You can manage:
Change Password
Allows you to update your account password to maintain account security.
Broadcast OTP Verification
This feature enables OTP verification when sending broadcast messages, adding an extra layer of control before campaign execution.
Once enabled, OTP can be sent to one of the following:
- a. Registered business email
- b. Authorized roles (e.g., Supervisor or Super Agent)
- c. A custom email address
This ensures that broadcast actions are verified and authorized before being executed.
2FA Authentication
This feature allows you to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. When activated, users will be required to verify their identity through an additional authentication step during login.
