Notifications
The Notifications section allows you to control how and where you receive updates across the platform.
You can configure notifications based on different activity types, ensuring you stay informed about important events such as assignments, mentions, and system updates.
Notifications can be delivered through:
- In-App → notifications within the platform
- Email → notifications sent to your registered email
To help you manage notifications more effectively, they are grouped into several categories:
- Company
- Contact
- Conversations
- CRM Items
- System
- Settings
- Tickets
Within each category, you can manage notifications for:
- Assigned → when you are assigned to an item
- Mentioned → when you are mentioned in an item
For system-related notifications, additional triggers may apply:
- Triggered by an external API
- Triggered by an internal automation
