Recipient List
The Recipient List section displays all available recipient segments that can be used for broadcast messaging.
Each recipient list represents a customer segment defined by specific criteria, allowing you to reuse and manage audience segments effectively.
By organizing recipients into structured segments, this feature helps ensure that messages are delivered to the right audience, improving targeting accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
a. Recipient List Information
The following information is displayed for each recipient list:
- Source — Indicates how the recipient list was created, such as from contact data or file upload.
- Created At — Shows the date and time when the recipient list was created.
- Status — Displays the current status of the recipient list (e.g. processing, completed).
Actions
The following actions are available for view details of each recipient list:
- Recipient Details — Allows you to view the list of recipients within the selected recipient group.
- Add More Recipients — Enables you to add additional recipients to an existing list.
- Delete Recipient — Allows you to remove the selected recipient list from the system.
b. Filter Recipient
Allows you to filter recipient lists by searching their name or selecting a specific source, making it easier to quickly find and manage your audience. Click Apply to apply the selected filters.
c. How to Add Recipient List
- Go to the Broadcast page and open the Recipient tab
- Click Add Recipient → Upload File
- Enter a List Name and enable Upload Custom Contact
- Download the provided CSV/XLS template or use your own formatted file
- Upload the file and click Save
- Open the list to verify contact details (name and phone number)
This step ensures your audience is properly structured before sending any campaign.
