Pipeline Statuses
The Pipeline Statuses section allows you to define and manage the stages used to track customer progress across your workflow.
These statuses help your team understand where each customer or lead is within the journey—making it easier to organize, prioritize, and take action accordingly.
Within this section, you can:
- Add Status → Create a new stage to represent a step in your pipeline
- Edit Status → Update the name or configuration of an existing status
- Delete Status → Remove statuses that are no longer needed
- Reorder Status → Drag and drop statuses to define the sequence of your pipeline
Status Preview:
On the right panel, you can preview how your statuses will appear when applied. This helps ensure consistency and clarity before using them in actual workflows.
