Instagram DM
Instagram DM allows you to connect your Instagram account to Cekat, enabling you to manage direct messages, automate responses, and handle conversations within a centralized inbox.
To connect your Instagram inbox:
- a. Go to Connected Platform
- b. Click the "+" button next to Inboxes
- c. Select Instagram
- d. Log in using your Instagram account credentials
- e. Ensure your account is set to public (not private)
- f. Grant access to your business information
- g. Select the Facebook Page and Instagram account you want to connect
- h. Click Continue, then select Finish
Once completed, your Instagram Inbox will appear in Connected Platform and is ready to use.
Rules and Limitations
Messages can only be sent within the 24-hour messaging window after the customer's last message. Beyond this window, you will not be able to send free-form replies.
Make sure your Instagram account is set to public. Private accounts cannot be connected.
