Message Templates

Create reusable message templates for your blasting campaigns.

Creating a Template

1. Go to Blasting > Message Templates
2. Click + New Template
3. Fill in:
   • Template Name — Internal name for reference
   • Language — Message language
   • Category — Marketing, Utility, or Authentication
   • Body — Message content with optional variables
   • Header — Optional text, image, or document header
   • Footer — Optional footer text
   • Buttons — Optional CTA or quick reply buttons
4. Click Submit for Approval

Variables

Use double curly braces for personalization:

• {{name}} — Contact name
• {{company}} — Company name
• {{custom_field}} — Any custom contact field

Template Status

• Pending — Awaiting approval
• Approved — Ready to use
• Rejected — Needs modification (check rejection reason)
