Schedule your blast messages to be sent at the optimal time for your audience.
How to Schedule
- Create a new blast campaign
- Select your audience and template
- Instead of "Send Now", click Schedule
- Pick the date and time
- Select timezone
- Click Confirm Schedule
Scheduling Options
- One-time — Send once at a specific date/time
- Recurring — Send on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Timezone-based — Send at the recipient's local time
Managing Scheduled Messages
- View — See all scheduled campaigns in the calendar view
- Edit — Modify message or audience before send time
- Cancel — Cancel a scheduled blast before it sends
- Duplicate — Clone a scheduled campaign
Tips
- Schedule messages during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM local time)
- Avoid weekends and holidays for business communications
- Test with a small segment first before scheduling large blasts
