Pipelines give you a visual way to track deals, leads, and customer journeys through customizable stages.
Default Pipeline Stages
Stage 1
New Lead
Contact has shown interest but hasn't been qualified yet.
Stage 2
Qualified
Lead has been contacted and meets your criteria.
Stage 3
Proposal
A proposal or quote has been sent.
Stage 4
Closed Won
Deal successfully closed.
Creating Custom Pipelines
You can create multiple pipelines for different workflows:
- Sales Pipeline: Track deals from lead to close
- Support Pipeline: Track support tickets from open to resolved
- Onboarding Pipeline: Track new customer onboarding steps
