Contacts

The Contacts module is the foundation of CekatAI CRM. Every customer interaction automatically creates and updates contact records.

Contact Profile

Each contact includes:

  • Basic Info: Name, phone number, email
  • Tags: Custom labels for segmentation
  • Custom Fields: Add any data you need
  • Conversation History: Full chat history across all channels
  • Notes: Internal team notes

Managing Contacts

Adding Contacts

Contacts are created automatically when a customer messages you. You can also add contacts manually:

Go to CRM > Contacts

Open the Contacts page from the main navigation.

Click Add Contact

Fill in the contact details form.

Save

The contact is now available for messaging and pipeline tracking.

Filtering & Segmentation

Use filters to find specific contacts:
