Templates allow you to send pre-approved messages to customers through WhatsApp and other channels.
Why Use Templates?

Creating a Template
Navigate to Templates
Go to Settings > Templates in your CekatAI dashboard.
Click Create Template
Choose a template category: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication.
Write Your Template
Add your message content with optional variables using double curly braces.
Submit for Approval
WhatsApp templates require Meta's approval before use (usually 24-48 hours).
Template Variables
Use variables to personalize your templates:
Hello {{customer_name}},
Your order #{{order_id}} has been shipped!
Estimated delivery: {{delivery_date}}.
Thank you for choosing CekatAI.
You can use up to 10 variables per template. Variables are filled in automatically when sending.
